Hey, eyes are up here, buddy! Oh, wait…We get it. Katy is once again poking fun at her own sex appeal in this Jean-Paul Gaultier strapless. Unfortunately, the joke is getting old, and the monster eyes kinda creep us out. She looks like she’s wearing a skinned Muppet.
